Refund Policy:
Since all programs are self-supporting and commitments need to be made to instructors and staff, the following is our refund policy. Before you send in your registration, please read this policy.
  • To avoid classes being cancelled at the last minute due to low enrollment, a refund, minus a $25 processing fee, will be given when requested in writing up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of a program.
  • Once the decision has been made to run a particular program, no refund will be given.
  • Refunds will be given if there is a medical emergency and a doctor’s note is provided, minus a $25 processing fee.
  • If you decide to drop out of any program, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of a program.
  • A full refund will automatically be given for any program canceled by Clinton Parks and Recreation Department.
  • Due to the need to pre-pay for tickets, refunds will not be given for trips, special events, season tickets or passes, unless a replacement is found to take your place
