Pre-Season Fencing Conditioning Camp

The High School Pre-Season Fencing Conditioning camp is designed to help high school fencers return to the strip in peak physical condition while developing the athleticism, discipline, and confidence needed for a successful competitive season. Through fencing-specific conditioning, footwork training, team-building activities and performance education, athletes will improve their fitness, reduce the risk of injury and establish a strong foundation for the months ahead.
