Refund Policy:
Since all programs are self-supporting and commitments need to be made to instructors and staff, the following is our refund policy. Before you send in your registration, please read this policy.

To avoid classes being cancelled at the last minute due to low enrollment, a refund, minus a $25 processing fee, will be given when requested in writing up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of a program.
Once the decision has been made to run a particular program, no refund will be given.
Refunds will be given if there is a medical emergency and a doctor’s note is provided, minus a $25 processing fee.
If you decide to drop out of any program, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of a program.
A full refund will automatically be given for any program canceled by Clinton Parks and Recreation Department.
Due to the need to pre-pay for tickets, refunds will not be given for trips, special events, season tickets or passes, unless a replacement is found to take your place
